1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TajerCoin Payment Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use the app.

2. Decentralized Wallets

The application generates a non-custodial Solana wallet on your device. You are solely responsible for keeping your Secret Key (seed phrase) safe. TajerCoin does not have access to your funds and cannot recover lost wallets.

3. Cryptocurrencies Risks

Transactions involving cryptocurrencies are irreversible. The value of digital assets can be highly volatile. You acknowledge that you use the app and trade at your own risk.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Users opting for a Merchant role agree to provide accurate goods and services to customers. TajerCoin acts merely as the payment infrastructure and is not liable for disputes between merchants and customers.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
